    yes its simple to do ... download more brushes and put it in bacground :)

    there's alot of brushes similar to that.

    go to www.deviantart.com and search for spiral brushes or something to get a relevant result ;)

    Most logical search term to use would be 'free spiral photoshop brushes', or some varient of that.
