    As my two years SEO Experience I want to say that please don't try any SEO software if possible try to do it Manually. If I'm wrong please excuse-me!

    Well couldn't you just use web services that do all that, I'm sure they're are free online tools that will do everything those tools do - except for submission to directories.

    I use IBP (Internet Business Promoter)

    Just scan my site with it and it gives me reccommendations on what i can do to my page to make it better. It doesnt actually do it for me

    When you have a lot of sites to handle, it is extremely time consuming to submit all of them manually.
