Clone a website design

    I have a phpBB3 website and I want it re-design like this website (web2.0). I have all necessary files for that (logo, icons, etc). My budget is between 80-120$. Please, pm me if you can do it. Be aware the shown is vB...

    you won't get someone to design and code it for that low, you need to multiply your budget(120$) by 5 to get a such high quality theme

    i agree with you...but this is not a contest foe best website. i kindly asked if somebody can do it that'll be great if not thats fine i'll find another solution.
