Website form submission to database?

I have all my webforms submitted on autoresponders (20 followup emails to each signup, a service provided by third party using their simple html code). I love it. However, the system is not good for managing each lead.

I need to set it up so the form can be databased and I can add notes to each lead. For example, if I could set it up so that each time a form is submitted I can have the name, email address and phone number fields automatically databased and I can sort this database by first or last name and keep notes on each lead...all while the autoresponder continues doing its thing.. That would be Ideal!

    Any suggestions appreciated, thanks

How do I tell? I can say that no files are .asp if that answers you?
