need some design work on my image host website

    i need some design work on my website http://www.irapidshare.com

    i need a logo on the top of the index home page and this logo to appear on all the pages, need the profile pages to have more professional layout like myspace profiles or hi5.com profiles and a flashing tab to show the ( register ) and and etc
