1 page websites with 20 adsense adds, how comes?

Discussion in 'AdSense' started by Dr.Web, Mar 18, 2008.

i have come across many websites that appear to look like a website and the web page blends in well with the adsense listings with minimal content.

is it possible to create a 1 page domain name with many adsense links?

    is this bad practice?

i see many like this, do they make money?

    thanks

20 adsense ads in a single page is not possible. Google allows only 3 ad units+2 links units.
Even if you place more adsense codes, google can detect it and only the first three ad units will be displayed.

This thread doesn't make sense without the URL of the webpage you are talking about.

posting so many adsense on a page violates the TOS of Google. but there are some advertisements that can be used/displayed on a site that will not violate the guideline of google adsense.

Even if you have pasted more than 3 sets of Adsense codes, only the first three sets will appear, and Google will ignore the rest of them.

    they are.
parked pages provide nothing except ad links.
when someone parks a domain, they sign up with a company and change the dns so it points to their server.
the parking company uses a script to make the ads look like that.

Not allowed given what's publicized in their TOS.

There is a site that I came across (Sandbox or something), that has a pile of ads on one page.
