Moneybookers scammed me!!!!

    My brother, he sold some online products. One day there was a buyer used a hacked MB account to buy from him in the total of about more than $150.
    How could we know the buyer use hacked account?

    - They banned my brother's account and ask him to pay the full amount to the owner of hacked account if he want the account back.
    - One day later, they banned my account since I used to send/receive money with my brother. Actually I didn't do anything wrong, Now i lose my account with some balance in there.

    I didn't have any problems with moneybookers yet. Have to tried contacting them to explain the situation?

    i faced the same problem with mb but they asked for my national id & i attached it & the problem solved
