What kind of data center to you have your server at that you can not fix it over the weekend.. If you can not get into you store room (as you say) then get the part elsewhere don't make these guys wait any longer.

 

Hello, may i ask what's lame with 15 days? Last time i checked then this company didnt have an SLA, so you can't really demand to get anything can you ?

Yeah, freddy you've got a valid point, i'm sorry i've been so negative towards the situation marv hosting is the best i've ever received the service and the communication is well worth the wait and the 15 days is more then enough.

We are back to foot now . And I made sure it never happens again. We got whole new server with previous hard drives

I noticed that yesterday the mail server was down for a short while ? Got 60 new registeries that didnt receive their confirmation email. Not sure if its fixed it only seemed to happen at www.rootforum2.com, not at www.rootforum1.com

I think its fixed not sure though


Besides some small things this is a really good host guys !! You should try it
(no no dont, dont want to many people on the shared server....... lol)

 

Actually to reduce spam I have set php send mail to 100 mail per hour per user so you may have got the problem because of high no. of registration in a hour

Can you tell me those small things so we can improve .
