Selling HUGE Tv Links Site- Huge Traffic And Revenue! Quick Sale

    I will make this short and sweet. I have a tv links database site that has gotten over 25,000 unique visitors this month alone. The site has 45 members and averages over 20+ guest online at any given time throughout the day with the max being 160 people online at one time.

    The site is monetize via zango cash and has made over $265 this month so far and about $10 via adsense.

    The major thing is this site is not even 1 month old yet :eek:

    I have to sell this site because I just got a new day job and will no longer be able to work on the promotion. The key to traffic and revenue is promotion with these type of site and if one does not spend 30mins-2hrs each day (or every other day) promoting it then the traffic and rev will fall.

    I'm looking for a quick sale as i begin my job in under 2 weeks and will be able to support the new owner with questions and describing how i promote the site.
