If that email address is unregistered, you may be able to create it and add it to your PayPal account. It may also be able to be canceled on the sending parties end.

Overall there is no fault from your side as you have sent correct email id but your client typed it wrong. Ask your client to contact paypal and reverse the payment.

    DON.

If you provided the correct email address, the onus is not the sender to dispute or cancel the payment. It is not your fault or responsibility and just ensure that the sender sends you the money before you shipped anything. As long as you have not shipped anything, it cannot be considered that you lost money, the sender maybe but not the seller.

Did you even read the original post? A dispute is not necessary.

Next time use the Paypal Request for Money or Invoice or the Buy Now button so that these things don't happen. It would be the proper way of receiving money for goods and services anyways.

Well, it is a given fact since the Personal account is NOT supposed to be used for any fund transfer to you which involves you making a profit, ie no sales of goods and services allowed for Personal accounts. So basically you should not expecting people to send you money into your personal account unless it is your friend or family.
