I use Adwords. I am going to go into yahoo ppc soon. PPC tips are pretty basic. Title must get attention. Price in ad will increase conversion rates. I like to do something like this on the first line. Only $37 (You save $60). EVERYBODY tells you to get the keyword or phrase in the title to get it bold. Maybe a different title will stand out amongst the 8 other similar ads. Example (not saying I do this) think of anything that you might search for. Now think of this title popping up on the right. I Cant Believe This! - You might be intrigued to read that ad no matter what you are looking for. as far as BUM goes I try to write articles that create a little bit of intrigue to get that click. Once they get to the landing page I try to intensify their intrigue to get it to interest to "get that click". I let the merchant page sale them. No way am I telling you what niche(s) I am in. LOL. That book has already been written. It is my signature. I will be doing an official launch soon. I am finalizing graphics (the ones on the site were just there during testing).
Right now I am at 1,096 hops today for $650. I am currently at $1147 in sales on clickbank and another $180 through paypal. That is almost $700 profit today.
Man I was excited when I saw my $320 pay period. I'd probably short out if I did 1K a day. Mine is all Google PPC though. I need to work on a BUM strategy.
On a $1000 day I spend about $550 - $600 in PPC. But $400/day profit is $146,000 profit/year. Also that $1000 doesn't count the $120 -$180 that goes straight into my paypal account everyday.
I was always thinking that I need bigger budget for PPC...That is probably my problem. And how many campaigns do you manage? 1 campaign=1 product, right?
Cheers Dom. Good to see a non-spammish helpful inspirational thread after the screenshot - good for you I wish you all the success you can handle! NC.
Right now I am focusing on 2 main campaigns. I have others running but until my reserves build up from checks. I don't want to cut my advertising short on the two biggies. I posted a screen shot of my conversion rates for March on this thread http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=756159 I started with a $25 budget. As my conversions proved consistent I moved to $50 and so on. What I have found on my main campaign, is that my conversions stay consistent regardless of spend. Don't jump in the water before making sure the water is warm...know what I mean? NC, You are someone whom I have come to respect even though I really do not know you. Your projects are always top notch. So your kind words are appreciated. As a marketer, you always want to sell. It is in your nature and it can be difficult not to try. That is why I never really hold it against anyone who folds under the pressure and gets a little spammy. Trust me I want to
**Thank you kindly for the nice comments and likewise - certain people in this place just stick out from the crowds and you are one of them as well. Don't let that urge get ya - you'll earn much more rep from doing what you're doing and giving genuine tips away/helping. I haven't posted a personal screenshot and don't think I ever will (perhaps when I make a 1million dollar day heh). No doubt that it's a great way to get your PM box full quick and full of questions/desparate parties willing to give you their kidney for a trick Everyone - Domaniac has proven the oldest, best, wisest sequence in this game. PPC is only your friend once you prove consistency with a campaign on a small daily amount - from there it's test/tweak/eliminate/duplicate. If you can turn $100 into $300 then you should technically (with consistency first) be able to turn $1000 into $3000 and so on. This should be done with a diverse portfolio not one basket, this should include Content network even though the pro's don't want you in there and will always claim to 'stay away it's no good' lol... and one should spend MUCH less time reading and more time doing/testing. Not doing 'anything' is still doing 'something' - wasting time. To your success. Norb
You officially inspired me to work harder, although I don't have much money I'm going to try this bum marketing. If you can domaniac, send me an message on what I need to do to get started I would love it. Any tips or tricks would be appreciated very much. Thank You, Bunch
What you should do is spend about $1k on buying a complete site made for you that is exactly the same as the one your promoting. This way you get 100% profit. and if you put it on clickbank, you will earn even more because people will see the amazing gravity you will get and they will promote it aswell. Just my 2 cents
