i just got verified my paypal.but when i try to withdraw my money heres what its says You are currently not allowed to add a bank account because your account access has been limited. what is this??? anyone can help me??tnx
look at your account, it is stated there why it is limited i believe, normally, a utility bill and ID with photo
no its not stated in there all that it said is the in the first post. but our bill here is named in my father's name?? any ID could do???what about voters ID or postal ID?? how can i send it except on fax co we dont have fax in here??
a normal email is sent to your email address why it is limited, or maybe just wait 2 or 3 days and add the bank account again.

first contant them by email and they will give you a phone number.... just call the number that provide on your email and they will remove the limits from your account within 24 hours....
how can i call them???through what??is there a way where i can call them without charge?? do they ask some documents if i call them??

NaIdz, Login into your paypal account. Follow the instructions in the paypal to restore your account. I'm sure that PayPal has prepared the step by step procedure to restore your account back. Just check it again in your account.

I went through the same scenario. Took about 2 weeks. Be patient! They asked for everything but my blood. It was a pain in the arse. Good luck

They will not give a reason why you are locked out. But if you want your $$$, you have to go through it. They held about 1k of mine before they would release.
