Where is the domain regged at? I don't like the idea of not being able to have the domain in my own account, why can't you transfer it?
Guys! Anyone interested, Ill put WP account in you name with new pass and you can change then... You also have access to cPanel... Only you cant get domain. Just trust me. I'm not a scammer...
You didn't answer my question, Where is the domain regged at, and why do we have to keep the site hosted with you? Explaining the reasons why we can't put the domain in our own account or move the site to our own hosting might help you out a bit!
Becuase I didnt buy hosting and domain. It was my friend who made me a gift. I'm selling now. Hosting is for a long time (more than year) and domain 1 year too...
Is the domain in an account you have access to and are the website files accessible by you? If so why can't you push them to the buyer? I'm interested in it but don't like the idea of you having access to the domain name and website files.

I wouldn't... $10 scam doesn't sound like a big risk, but when you think about the investment of time and money to make site popular - it's not worth the risk without the domain in your control!
