Yesterday my business account limited when i try to withdraw some money to my bank account We have observed activity in this account that is unusual or potentially high risk. they ask for Photo ID Bank Account Statement Supplier Contact Info i don't have a supplier , i don't sell anything , i'm freelancer and i provide services what can i do ?
They are want to make sure that you are using their service for money laundering since there are some people who probably do that by providing fake services. If you have nothing wrong, just tell them what you do. If you have a website or offering the services here just point them to the URL offering your services.
Happened to me too last year. I provided them with all the details. Was a waste of time and money (sending a copy to them in the US) but I got my account back and a warning to change my password frequently as they thought someone tried to access it! Scary, yes! I change my passwords every 15-20 days now and access my accounts only from my home or office comp. No public comps for me anymore!
I had same problem with paypal but issue solved very nice way for me They ask me some proof of Photo, address, and any govt. verified document and i did same so after this i got mail that this is not enough for us and asked for 5 transaction details and i provided 5 transaction details via fax and with in 2 hours i got reply form paypal that my account is ok now Regards Raj __________________
I got it right now, I've provided my nationality id card which has address on, and also photo, they wanted full size, I gave them full size, I uploaded drivers licence, they want utility bill.. I'm 18, I don't have any utility on my name, all on parents. So I email them and provide a western union bill.. God this is getting frustrating!
I just do it when i've been got limited access: Photo ID : scan your id card, name and address must correct with your profile in paypal account Bank Account Statement: scan all your bank account statement, at least three months before Supplier Contact Info : scan all Supplier Contact Info including your transaction via mail. Upload all in .jpg format and do it in business day, and i hope thats limited access mode is clear in one till two days only.
I got the same problem before one year.I just present the two documents and call them and say that I am a freelancer. Just just say me to write a letter with my freelance business.
My PayPal account was Limited Access mode from 23 january. until now i can't fixed.I don't have gsm (no money( and can't call them i have the same problem like OP. they want : Supplier Contact Info Invoices Other I want to lift my limit but don't know what documents exactly to sent them.Anyone can help? What documents i can provide to them? I waiting withdraw of 380$ from 23 january and still pending. Is this can be a reason to wait?First provide documents./.then withdraw go to completed? I assumed you sold something, just sent them your supplier contact information and your supplier's invoices like they asked you to. That should settle the issue.
Ya may be screenshot or some deal URL/threads links. Still if ur PP is not restored,then u need to wait atleast 6 month,after 180 days they will send u email with info on how to withdraw ur funds.

Do I need to submit 5 invoices with 5 different customers shipping informations OR only one invoice mentioning quantity as 5 ? Pl advice !!!
