I think it's great and I like the flash banner in the header of the site.

 

It looks nice but I con't care for automatic audio on sites

 

I loovveeed your site, the great banner design, the music is good. I'm anime fan, I like everything about the ghibli studio and other anime.

 

Nice layout but if we put the cursor on the categories of the navigation menu, the text just disappears. so try to change this, rest is fine.

 

Very nice, I like the flash input.
Maybe the blured text is bothering me in the navigation.

the flash banner added some spice to your sites.
but the loading time here a bit slow..maybe your server congested

Very nice looking site. I would check to see if there is a narrower google ad unit for the one beneath "latest news". The one on the site throuws of the alignment. The only other thing I would do is too find a clearer, crisper looking folder icon. It actually looks ok in the header but it loses some clarity in the body.

I don't like the 5 second redirect. I think your logo is also very big and takes up 50% of the screen, which makes it a bit difficult to navigate. I love the design and color contrasts on the page, however. I really respect that you pointed out the position of the "sponsors" to prevent people thinking that it's an ad/spam.
