A revolutionary proxy...

So who is the owner of zelune.com now?
I have hosting running there and it isnt working for 4 days now. They promised 99,9% uptime! Not even any email contact! This is criminal!

 

Contact Scott Shulman, he was the one in charge of running Zelune.com hosting. In fact, it wasn't even Zelune.com hosting, it was run off of his separate hosting company.

 

I'm getting tired of people going off the topic, this is a discussion about ideas for a new proxy, not what the proxy is going to be named or who owns what.

Moderators or admins, please lock this thread.

 

you should just make the proxy script and release it ... i'm interested only to run better proxy scripts not the names...

There is no perfect proxy script right now

Conclusion :
1 - to work with all mail services hotmail, yahoo, gmail e.t.c
2 - to play all videos from Myspace , Youtube e.t.c.
3 - to work with Orkut, Hi5 , Facebook , Myspace e.t.c all
4 - a) to be fast
b) to have hotlink protection
c) option to setup the downloaded size by the user ( to setup the limit we want )
d) the frame ( proxified page ) to be static as glype, php proxy

 

I wouldnt hold your breath for this to actually be made. I have paid 'The Reckoning' $1,000+ for script development. He looses interest in his projects and then doesn't complete them.

 

I would like it to be profitable, fast, to be able to login on websites that require it, and... Ok, this is ambitious: I'd like it if Web Hosts didn't know it was a proxy

 

Security meaning SSL. When you purchase your domain, if you want repeating customers and you don't mind 30/year, then purchase an SSL certificate as this makes the website harder to block at schools!

 

Update, Zelune 2.0 is underway! I decided to use the backbone of PHProxy along with heavy modification to the source code. This includes adding additional features such as; cache, templating system, action logging, ad rewriting (see demo site for more info,) and geotargeting. All of these features are coded in and are guaranteed for official release.

 

Another Update, The Zelune settings manage has been incorporated into the admin panel;

that looks great. Kind of like Glype's setup. Nice idea with the block countries.
Thats something that kind of big deal with proxies since they get abused by places like china or bad converting traffic.

As for the options you have with base64, and ROT13. I would just ditch that, and just put 1 option called "encode url" and have it do whatever you program that function do.
Its rather pointless if you ask me.

Another Update - To all, I finished the Geotargeting and Site Activity (view activity, ban/unban IP addresses, whois) in the admin panel.

I reckon that the script is essentially 'done,' and needs to be tested out for a week or so. If you notice any bugs or problems, let me know so that I can launch this sooner!

hi, the new proxy script looks great... i had no problems with Reckoning, he finished what promised me (a script) in just a few days.
