    Today around $250... As i'm always buying articles for my new sites and delivering some design/coding the value goes up and down... and i never widthdraw money to my bank account.

    If i have a lot of cash, its time to invest it again in my sites.

    I try to keep as low as possible. I keep withdrawing when I get funds. I usually have like 50 - 100$ on my PayPal, but 0$ on sometimes.

    as for me, keep the low amount of Paypal like $200 to make it as reserve.
    the currencies exchange doesn't look well.

    I never keep less than $10 and more than $50 in my paypal. If it reaches that amount then i always exchange it to some other online currency like egold/MB or LR even if it cost me extra for exchange.

    I had a very bad experience with paypal :(
