I have still gotten no reply. I agreed to start working 6 weeks ago, paid for one month of service, and then nothing. No communication, no reports, no changes. If this is not a scam, it's at best, horrible service. Either way, I'd ask for my money back if Wildstone ever responded to my email and I'd recommend that people don't engage with this guy.

 

I could really do with the money like........just no response whatsoever.

 

Review of NonService​

Here is my review of Sanjoy Nath’s (aka WildStone) service:

Sanjoy Nath is a LIAR, CHEAT, AND A THIEF and I Have PROOF!​

First, briefly, I ordered Sanjoy’s service on January 31st. Prior to making any kind of deal or sending any money, I made sure he promised to send WEEKLY (that means one per week, Sanjoy) reports of what techniques he would deploy and when he would implement them so that I could track the progress of each technique. Week after week went by without any reports after several reminders. THIS, in itself, is a breach in our agreement. After another request without response, I filed a dispute with PayPal. Sanjoy, then responded by begging me to remove it and my job would take priority. I feel I’ve been more than fair and still no timely reporting.

Here’s where he demonstrates that he’s a FRAUD! He finally sent me an email on Feb 28 stating:

I emailed Sanjoy back and told him that my search didn’t find my site within the top 160, let alone the top 100. So, he emailed me back with this:

At first glance, I was excited that my site was showing at least in the top 100 because it showed that it was moving up and there was potential. Even if it was not showing up on my computer, it was showing up somewhere and my business was sure to increase as it approached closer to the top!!! Right? Uhh…. No.

Upon further inspection, please note in the Google bar where it says, “Personalized Results 91-100 of about 45,500,000” For those of you who might not know, “Personalized Results” is a feature that you can turn on within your Google account that will track your search history and continue to bring you results of sites that you may have searched for in the past. That means the Sanjoy here is promising results for keywords and then searching your site using those keywords and clicking on the results to log the traffic in his Google Personalized Results history so that it will consistently come closer to the top of HIS search results (but for NOBODY else).

Sanjoy Nath has sent me this screenshot in order to convince me that my site had broken the top 100 of Google results for a highly competitive keyword. After discovering this, I called his bluff. I told him that I caught him using “Personalized Results” to try and use as evidence of success and he continued to try and BS his way around it as if the results were genuine. I once again asked for my money back. Through all of this up to this point, I had asked for my money back at least four times only to be met with more bullsh**.

I even offered that if he give me my money back and still wants to continue my project through to honest results, I would pay him an additional $200 when the job was done.

A week later, he sent me a “report” showing that my site is listed at #770 in Google’s results! He’s now saying that my site went from #91 to #770 !?!?!?!?

In addition, I’ve done my own tracking from the beginning. There are NO additional backlinks of any kind as a result of anything Sanjoy Nath has done. Any listing results, rankings, or backlinks are a result of my own efforts or the efforts of my affiliates.

More emails went back and forth between us with more and more bullsh**. I finally got fed up with this nonsense and called him on the phone. YES, I called India and talked to this FRAUD personally. And yes, he talks as much bullsh** as he writes.

ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK.

After several frustrating minutes of telling him how much of a failure he is and warning him that I would write this review if he didn’t pay me back, HE FINALLY AGREED! Sanjoy Nath promised to deposit my money back into my PayPal account WITHIN THE HOUR. He PROMISED this at 11:30 last night (my time) and it is now 15 hours later and still no money. Not only is there no money in my PayPal account, but there is now at least 3 more bullsh** emails in my account asking ME to fulfill the agreement that HE breached!

I have given Sanjoy plenty of opportunities to redeem himself and make good on his promises and he continues to refuse to show any honor or integrity. In looking at my email history, there have been no less than 15 emails asking Sanjoy to come clean, plus a personal phone call to India in order to resolve this issue. I tried to explain to Sanjoy (Wildstone) that nobody should have to go through this much grief to get their money back and the simple choice was his to make; give me my money back and I’ll go away, or keep refusing and BS’ing and I’ll do what I can to let everyone know that:

SANJOY NATH (WildStone) is a LIAR, CHEAT, FRAUD, AND THIEF, and needs to be banned from DP!​

 

I am really sorry to hear of your loss, I just wanted to say that your review is one of the best I've ever seen on DP and exactly what people (fellow users) are looking for.

Try raising a dispute in paypal. And keep up the good reviews, positive or negative.

Although I'm relatively new here, I had nothing but good deals here on DP (as both a buyer and seller). I think it's just a matter of knowing what your work involves. Anyone that says something like "Guaranteed SEO services" is straight-down bullshing you. No professional SEO will work on such guarantees on something that is not entirely in his hands.

 

I've generally found pretty good deals on Digital Point and am personally yet to be scammed. Also find the prices are fantastic compared to what you'd paid on other sites.

 

Yes you can there are lots of good providers here, just like there are some bad apples. What I would do thou is read the entire thread, or at least a few posts of the thread in order to make a decision. What wont help your cause is showing interest when someone has just posted a major negative, its sort of like a kick in the teeth when you have gone to all that effort, yet someone is still interested in the product!

This thread has recently become a mess and I wonder why Wildstone is not responding, is there anyone who is currently a client and happy? There used to be several happy clients before all this BS started, don't know where they have all gone.

 

Thank you all for your support and encouragement. I have opened a dispute in PayPal and will keep you posted as to the outcome.

There's more to come, but I want to keep this thread alive for a little while to make sure everyone knows not to give this guy another dime.

And yes, I can hear the thought-waves of some of the readers of this thread thinking what a fool I am to have given this guy any money what-so-ever. I've done so against my better judgement and have read the thread in its entirety prior to making a deal. This is one reason why part of the terms of my deal was for him to provide me with weekly reports, so that I could detect any deviance early enough to bail out. Unfortunately, I tend to trust too much and give benefit of the doubt where it's possible. I am, however, getting better at developing exit strategies when things go awry. Hopefully, the PayPal dispute will be such an exit strategy.

 

People have mixed experiences from him. Personally, I was delivered good results.

 

This is where I gave him the benefit of the doubt; until I caught him using and insisting that "Personalized Results" are genuine evidence of his success and then a week later sending a report showing my results plummeting to position 770.

I also feel that NO business person with any sense of honor or integrity should put any customer through so much hassle if they've expressed such dissatisfaction with their service. I've been in customer service for many years and know the best way quell a bad situation is to at least make an attempt to satisfy the customer. Having this in mind, I've given him MORE than enough opportunities to make this right.

He made a well informed, very bad decision.
