$30 / $15 / $5 Logo contest - Simple company name

I’m looking for a professional logo for a new company. Please see the link below for information about the company, what we do, and what we would like to see in the logo.

Requirements:

• Do not post the name of the company in the thread
• The logo should have a clean, modern design - professional but not boring

Bonus (not required):

• Preferably in vector format
• Preferably available in both a glossy Web 2.0 format and a simpler printable format
• Preferably available in both color and black/white

Prizes:

• $30 to the winner
• $15 to the runner-up
• $5 bonus prize to the most innovative entry (winner or not)

I hope you like the prize structure. Since the budget is $50 I thought it would be fair to split it between the contestants. If a majority of the contestants prefer a single $50 prize for the winner, we can change it. Just let me know!


Anyone who impresses me will be highly considered when I in the near future will need assistance with web design, business cards, letter heads etc.


The winners will be paid via PayPal. The contest will close on Sunday, March 23. I reserve the right to keep the contest open longer if I have not yet found a satisfying logo.

@overturn - Post your entry in the thread, or send it to me in a PM, it doesn't matter. I will though publish the winning entries here, to make sure everyone knows what's going on.

@RNHalawi.com - It is a nice logo, and I like that it works on both black and white background. I can't really put my finger on it, but it feels kind of young and sporty, rather than professional. Try to see if you can find another direction.

@manobanweb - Looks nice. If possible, please show me one with all lower-case letters, and one with blue instead of red filling color.

@xaralee - Thank you for your entry. Unfortunately I'm not very fond of this design - no disrespect, but I get the feeling of Word-Art. I really like entries from you in other contests, with more of a modern, Web 2.0 look and feel to it.
