    try webhosting sub forum.if you only want to setup a blog then you may get quality hosting for free.
    otherwise it starts at 99 cents/month to depending upon the bandwidth you want.

    You could try free hosting, it does not get cheaper than that :D freehostia.com is great! Been with them for almost a year now.
