yeah, and i don't feel like they will fix it @ sunday - tomorrow, so at monday it will be 5 days...

 

If it takes 5 days my userbase is gone. That will not be good at all!

Stupid question but how do I pay my bill, do you just send a request to my paypal. I'm worried because the main site is down with the server I assume, so I obviously can't get in to pay.

this host was good in the starting but now their popularity and their standard of services are going down...removing my site from here and getting a better one from a professional company which doesnt go in loss.
i did have good exepriences but this bad experience puts those good ones to shame

I am really very sorry for this issue. I am more than 10000 miles away from the data center. I can do is nothing. Its all on the data center. I will give appropriate credit to all those who suffered . and will make sure it never happens again. If any one want refund , he is most welcomed.

 

I just want to know when you'll have this back up, ask them for an eta, you've pretty much crushed my whole traffic campaign.

 

I think you have the right to get an ultimatum from your host. Tell them you want to know exactly when this is going to be over. 4-5 Days is a long time !

We have checked the system and it looks like the motherboard has
failed. We cannot fix this now because our storeroom
isn't open in the weekend. I'd realy like to help you right now, but
the situation doesn't let me.
Tomorrow we can acces the storeroom again so we can replace the whole
server for you ( But you will still hold your
own hard-drives so you not loose your data).
