    How do you expect to receive the money at the same address if you have not received the PIN even once ? :O

    My address I put is completely correct and I know that mail service in my country sucks and I trust courier service like dhl, Fedex. I bought already few items from ebay already and I got the products using this address, So I do not worry about not receiving money/check.

    I have experiences with free mail 6 times already = 0 deliver
    and pay for DHL = 100% deliver

    Almost 4 months passed. I made 3 request but not received PIN.

    I've contact google but No reply from them. If any one POst the Help center URL.
