    Would this list be worth money?

    yes, I saw some people selling this keywords list database at BST section. U can do that also just give some free review copy to reputed members :)

    Top paying keywords are not a secret anymore. You can actually see the price in adwords tools.

    Wehn you get the results select the "show estimated avg. cpc" option and ther you go. Enter any keywords and you get all related keywords with price. Far betetr than these lists. One you should be a stupid to pay for something available free on net.

    Better to use a tool to search yourself, theres tons of hardly touced niches out there, manageable too, just got to find them.

    Yeah this info is not hard to come by. Doesn't mean you won't be able to find buyers but I wouldn't pay for it.

    hmmm, I don't think this applies anymore.... I have a whole bunch of keywords and over 1000 clicks a day gets me about $300. Can you prove this first?

    high paying keywords list get posted here every now and then. besides, the rate it shows is more than likely the bid cost for adwords advertisers and not what adsense publishers get. however, depending on how you market it, some people might be interested in a list like that
