    Oh my gosh! I recently read an article about the owner of this site and it lead me to look into this niche a little deeper.

    I found him discussion his success on a private members only board where he says he's bringing in over $8500 per month just from adsense alone with about 100,000 uniques per month.

    He's discovered a goldmine niche that many of us have never thought of.

    If my girlfriend didn't object to me running a similar site I'd jump in this niche asap!

    12 Millions really ? I only had an offer for $7,5 millions recently, will try to negociate to have more.

    The site is loading fine now you edited the link. The design seems very simple, when I was more into adsense I found simple designs always worked better. Also he there is no ad on the home page, I don't know if it could be a reason of good earnings or if could earn more by placing some there too.
