Ok guys I need to convert a few clients HTML sites over to CMS for 2 reasons.

Customer "A" wants 3 users to add content daily.
Customer "B" site is getting too big for HTML
Customer "C wants his site converting from HTML to CMS

I want to decide now what platform to use as all my sites from now on will be built on a CMS.

The only CMS system I don't know about is drupal.

Look forward to your thoughts and recommendations.

    Sam

I would suggest you use Drupal, it's very scalable and powerful, and has amazing functionality.

    wordpress its easy to use
and joomla is quite complex and if your clients are a bit professional then only it would be useful
i think they are both good in terms of seo

Drupal is great, don't have any experience with Joomla and ModX.

Your customers might know if they want a blog or not.

Show me a list of Joomla sites that can match these Drupal sites and I'll switch back to Joomla.

Not exactly true. In Joomla You can make your clients Content Publishers, then it's very simple for them to add/edit/delete content through the wysiwyg editor.

i've used both joomla and drupal on a number of sites, and i find the joomla admin too cumbersome. takes a long time to set stuff up, navigate, load, edit, save. more steps, more time.

drupal's module architecture is more fit, in my opinion. when i get a joomla site, i convert it right over.

    enjoy!
