    First of all, DON'T TYPE LIKE THIS! It is considered as shouting. Second, it depends what your site is targeting, whether that be, making money online, sports, etc. Next try to make your content unique, that is one of the strongest parts in getting traffic. People get traffic to there blogs by posting celebrity pics on celebrity forums linking to there site etc.

    Why bother buying traffic? Most of the people probably won't be interested in your site. You'd be better off buying an ad or buying a guest post on a related site. :)

    Don't buy, bought traffic will come and go, natural traffic will remain constant for some period of time, then it will increase or decrease :)
