    Do you want to make a site that looks like Digg or do you want to make a site with the same functionality as Digg?

    The first option is viable, the second - well, unless you know what you're doing or have a lot of money to spend, won't be happening any time soon for you.

    You can use Pligg. It is the free opensource version of digg. See a demo here
    Find more information about it and download it from here

    There are free template out there, just use google or you could hire a designer to make it look exactly like you need.

    well if i tranfar my blog in to website by google's godady than how can i plant pigg insted of my website. or pls tell me if i have my blog now i convert it like pigg what is the opetion.

    Pligg is 100% free but you have to have your own hosting. It is not a blogging software. It is exactly like Digg or indianpad. People post links to sites or stories that they like, leave comments on those sites, rate them, etc.

    There is no way for you to transfer a blog into Pligg, it is not used like that. You could start a Pligg site and then post links to your articles on your separate blog but that is it.

    If you look at indianpad and you click an headline on that page, it takes you to a totally other site not owned by indianpad...

    Also, google's godaddy? What is that? Google has no relationship to godaddy....
