    Not always will paypal give you your money back. 9-10 times they will close the dispute, for a digital item as web hosting when it is filed as not as described..

    I alos want to file a dispute but I never have before, what exactly do I say?
    Should I just say I paid for a reliable host with good uptime and thats not what I got which makes it fraud?

    I just said I paid for 12 months hosting and after 3 weeks they've dissappeared off the face of the planet taking all my data with it.

    At the end of the day if they get enough disputes about the same person then surely they have to take at least some action?

    Does anyone suggest any other cheap reliable master reseller hosting? From maybe a site that wont run away?
