Which email client has the best autoresponder?

I'm currently using gmail (which I do love) but I need something that can give me a delayed response and will only auto respond the first time it receives a message.

Is it possible to incorporate this into gmail or something similar?

I can't believe gmail doesn't offer a single autoresponse. They do cater to the lowest common denominator though. Try Turbo Email Answer Autoresponder I use it and works great.
