You don't comprehend very well, do you? The SELLER HASN'T PROCESSED THE PAYMENT. They will not ship you the product you bought until they have processed the payment. No money = no processing of payment = no product = waste of time.

Finally some good news! I always thought that paypal is only good at screwing accounts.

Go for it. Grab that $600 or use it to buy more stuff. You deserve it. We all deserve it!

Well - he has already sent the product outbecause he has already received the money. That's why it's weird.

He hasn't processed the payment yet.

It will show in your Paypal as paid but if you had read the small print on the Paypal page when you were making the transaction you would have seen that it said something to the effect that this transaction will appear in your PP account BUT the Merchant still has to process the payment.

it take 8 to 12 days for paypal to take the money out of your bank.. but if they dont get the money from your account, then paypal might send you a email but nothing else... only the seller will be a loser... because on the sellers side, his payment is on waiting and he have not got the money yet... paypal is too smart... they will not credited the seller on your behalf... your seller have to wait till the payment is clear or else he will be the loser not paypal... so its better you let paypal take the money out of your bank...

Well, I think you will just have to wait a while and do not do anything. Just give it time. Though if you withdraw your money, from your bank, there is nothing that they can do. But obviously, you won't receive your order since the seller most likely has not sent you the item yet. Paypal may also take you out or freeze your account.

Actually Paypal will take $600 from your account whether there is money in there or not. Ever heard of an over draft? You will have one, not only that you will have to pay interest on it. You account would simply say -$600 OD.

You say your account can't go 'in the red', Paypal wont lie down and just let you keep $600. They have your name and bank details and a few phone calls to your local agency will have you for fraud.

If you sent it as an e-check it takes a few days to clear and it hasn't actually been credited to his account balance even though it shows up as paid. It If it did go through and his account is credited (which is what it sounds like since he shipped it) PayPal just hasn't processed the transfer yet. If you take the money out before they do the transfer your bank will deny the transfer. Banks won't normally overdraft that much to an account with nothing in it. PayPal will try the transfer again and try any other funding sources you have.

If they all fail and PayPal is unable to get their money they will probably contact you about the debt. If they can't get in contact with you they are going to send it to collections with an added fee. Businesses don't sue for things like this they sell the debt to an agency and write it off. Then you will have a collections agency harassing you about the debt and it will most likely ruin your credit.

He probably got his money, and PayPal is going to charge your bank account. Bank transfers are not instant, so you should miss those $600 in the following days:eek:
