This auction is for a premium domain name, custom unique coded layout and logo. This project got put on “pause” way back last year, and due to the amount of other projects I now have in the works, I just can’t see this project getting done, so I’m selling it today – to be honest I completely forgot about this project. Don’t get me wrong; I’m not selling this because “I don’t think it would be successful”, quite the opposite, these types of sites can easily bring in a nice income by selling premium link placements for monthly subscriptions. The total amount I invested in this is easily around $1500.00.

The idea was to create a web proxy directory with some nice advanced features other directories didn’t offer, such as advanced sort (by speed, country, type, etc) along with a report about each proxy site. You can get the gist by looking at the preview.

The domain name is defiantly a premium proxy domain name, and suitable for a portal/directory site. The .net, .org and .info have been taken, but we all know .com is king

I paid $500.00 for the layout PSD, the layout is 100% custom and has been coded in neat HTML/CSS. The logo cost $250.00 and the coding of the website was around $100.00.

I know you say not developed but honestly I would be interested in the "Speed" part of the script if any of it has been made.

 

Why is it risky? One of the negatives was because the owner who was selling an affiliate site did not provide the statistics provided, so I didn't pay for the site. The other issue was resolved afterwards.

I own HideMyass.com, a site which receives over 100,000 daily visitors, and Zymic.com, a site which hosts close to 50,000 websites - I'm not going to randomly disapear or not send you the files - what would be the point in that? You can phone me by whois'ing those websites.

I'm not lowering my price considering I paid $650 for the domain name alone over a year ago on Sedo.

Yes I own it. My point is, I run a lot of websites, why would I steal your money for a $650 transaction and risk my reputation (which seems non-existent on this forum anyway).
