What would be the price for such domain name hacks?

As done there, I don't would rate such domains very high for international usage. And regarding the domain mirro.rs - confessed, worth maybe a few hundreds US dollars, but just if someone really wants it.

Minimal registration at this time is ~35 USD

Restriction is that administrative contact is located in Serbia. By default it is one of the Serbian registrars, so it is not a big deal AFAIK.

Another one I have registered is onlinegamble.rs

 

You have also to provide a copy of your identity card, but no DNA though ^^

Anyone can, but like Dakics said you have to have an administative contact in Serbia, and the majority of registrars will provide it for you, there's no major problems to it. I have registered a few...

 

Is it like one of those deals where you don't technically have to have one, but if you get caught, you risk losing it?

 

So, what's the places to reg .rs names with an English site?
