Do you think being different from common people is fun? I like to think that I'm different, set apart from the crowd. What do you want to do in life that makes you different?
From what I have observed, most non-conformists are simply conforming with a smaller group. There are over 6,600,000,000 people in the world. While you may appear "different" than a certain group (executives, nerds, rockers, farmers, etc.), you're still going to be exactly the same as another. Stop trying to be different, and just be yourself.
being unique is fine and also reasoning before joining the crowd can give you a better feel. however being nonsocial and iosolating yourself form the crowd is also not a good thing at the same time.
