unauthorize transfer of domain

  1. #1
    Someone hack my email account of gmail and also godaddy account. After sometime i recover my godaddy account. today i check my domain in godaddy account. There is 3 domain transfer from godaddy to publicdomainregistry. and that person is very smart that person never change the dns then i don't know that my domain transfer from my accouts. I lost my 3 domain what i do. please advice me what i do next.

    While the temptation to swear at them will always be there, believe me when I
    say it's not always going to resolve your problem.

    Make stronger passwords!


    I have found that many times the hacker is not a hacker at all. He/she is a friend or enemy of yours that is close enough to you to either:

    See you type it
    Guess their way in
    Knows it (Disgruntle employee etc)

    As a security specialist you would be surprised if I told you that 75-80 percent of the time this is the case.

    Try using special characters.

    Example:

    mysecret can be secure if it was like this:

    mys3CRET!

    Lower, Numeric, Upper & Special.

    After long conversion with godddy and publicdomainregistry they are ready to give my domain back after sending lots of affitavite. In next week i get my domain back but this whole process cover the whole months.

    good luck man , try to get your domains fast to you , because may be hacker will also try to get these domains from you again .

    Good luck with recovering your domains easily and early.

    I think for all your domain accounts,financial accounts I should be very careful using a personal e-mail.And about pass phrases,complex combinations of special characters.
    eg: g0oD_psw_0Rd !and use password generator.

    Contact GoDaddy, they should have a record of IP address in which changed they domain.
