    1and1.com is cheap and they offer free privacy. godaddy domain are expensive these days as they jacked up their price to $9.99

    Before buying the cheap com domain, make sure you check the renewal price. No point going for cheap price when the renewal price is much larger and moreover you may not like your domain keep transferring year after year.

    netfirms.com is offering domains at $5.95. they say they are the chepest priced .coms. but i dont know much about them
    Godaddy is good, but doesnt come this cheap even with coupens

    Yep, but netfirms - Domain .com, .net and .org sale pricing is $5.95 for first year. Domain will renew at $9.95 per year thereafter. So afterall not cheap at all. Name.com will charge $6.99 or so for renew as I can remember, but anyway I've just posted my horror story about them
