we are planning to sell something online. The product is created by us. The product will be sold to people in another country.

is there any export duty for that ?

who will bare the export duty?

    is this legal?

the product is made by us 100 %.

    please clarify. thankyou.

It really depends on the exact type of item, where is is coming from, and where it is going. Yes, there could potentially be a VAT or export duty.

i agree it. in my country, you need export license, if your product can harmfull, you must pass authorisation. like food, wood, chemical, ....

If you send little amount, maybe you can send as a gift. But its not recomendation for long term, and maybe there is violation in your country.
