    This is the funniest website I've ever read and it is even funnier that this website has Google Adsense ads on it.

    I won't describe the website, but feel free to view for yourself.

    So should this be reported or should I tell the website owner?

    However, you can get his account banned by sending a complaint to Fortune City.
