Hi, to all those that use that famous master reseller software that is filled with bugs and works when it wants too.. Well the new release for version 3.1 has just came out.. I have not upgraded yet..but it is suppose to take care of all those know bugs that was causeing everyone head aches.. I just though that I would let everone know.. Version 3.1 has been released. Upgrades to 3.1 include: - recoding of core components - hostname bug fixed - mrdatabase file corruption bug fixed - new "orange" skinset and skin system - upgrade bug fixed - Quotas bug fix - 7 day trial period increased to 14 days - all new graphics for skinsets Go here for instructions on how to update.. Just a little helpful information to all you host on here..

He as fixed on issue that I was having, and the other, he has replied to and said that he will get it fixed.. maybe the update will fix it.. I started posting my problems and my ticket numbers on the forum he gets them resolved faster that way I have noticed.. So go to his forum and post your ticket number and what is wrong and how long you have been waiting.. Also he had a major system crash so if your ticket was that old you may want to resubmit it as he had to get a new support system and lost all data from there., you will need to register a support desk client area.. I don't get my tickets resolved over night there, but much better then it was. He dont like people posting his bad support on the forum so he gets those requests done faster, Just thought I may help you out here.
I am not abusing deasoft.com , Just telling the truth, that they are not giving good support . Their software is great but they need to appoint someone for giving support. Attaching the proof. It has been over 15 days and I did not get the reply for my ticket. I am thinking to close that ticket now. I just upgradeed the whmreseller to the new version and hope it will work without any problem. Vivek
I was not saying that you are abusing them, what i was saying is just post on his forum the ticket number and what the problem is and he normally fixes the issues much faster then if it is in the support ticket. I know there support is horrible, I think everyone knows it is,. He has a good product when it works right, he just needs more staff to help with the problems and clients..
Start a Ticket at WHT and it will be surely replied within minutes (atleast Thats what i have Seen) I don't personally Use it but check the reviews at WHT.
ha ha... deasoft is deasoft... they are popular for not replying to any mails and tickets... Lets see what bug the new whmreseller have...
We will see I am sure there are some to come. But I can say that it fixed one of the problems that I was facing sot that is good.. I not played around to much with it yet.. But i do give Brett credit for stopping the new sales, to work on support tickets/
No BUT IT fixed all of our current Problems,.,,,,, I have to say that this was NEEDED. We have successfully updated all of our servers. There is a new Orange theme,,, Not that that will increase sales.. but a full working WHMreseller will slow down the support issues every one has received from the Bugs. Good Luck every one!
