    Very nice idea and look.

    I'm not sure that the design is SE friendly though. One major problem is that there is virtually no other text on the page, but all your category links are all H2 (meaning just about all the text on the page are headers.)

    Directories that break away from the mold tend to pass PR better - but I think that yours stands the risk of looking spammy to se's the way it is now.

    I really don't think PR is an issue here. Its cheap, has many indexed categories and has good age. I also saw it ranking high in google for some good keywords.
