I don't know what suggestion you want. You said you already book it
If you ask for domain value this will ruin the name nomatter what the hot word is
The only method you can use to increase its value is to develop it to heavy traffic site

It depends. If the numbers are just randomly added and make no sense then it will hurt the domain's value.

if the number in the domain means something its good
    eg: 4MyLover.com, partner4u.com, english4me.com

better to register the domain in full letters as well if you register a domain with a number

eg: if you register 4MyLover.com register FourMyLover.com as well some people might type it in this way (im thinking about long term benifits)

This kind of combination, letters and numbers hurt the domain's optimization potential.
It's best to relate you domain name, with your main keyword and with the title of the index page.
If you still wish to register that numeric domain, you must be aware that a great deal of advertising will be necessary to promote your domain.
People don't search "4 cars", they search "cars" mainly, or "for cars". Depends on how you BRAND your domain. If you'll be a successful story, you could get a "Hi5" type of response, but remember... High Five it's pretty meaningful. Take your time, look for the right domain name, or invest a little bit more and buy a domain name from a reseller (On this forums or on specialized auctioning websites).

My advice (even though I'm a newbie on these forums) would be to look for something word-based. Good luck with your search!

You can't "book" a domain, only reg it.

Having a number in front of the name will kill the value of that name. It is definately bad.

What the people are trying to say is that:
    1. Having that number in your domain name will massively lower your domain's NAME value.
    2. PR is more related to the CONTENT of the domain(website) than the name. Sure, the domain name helps with seo.

Basically, if after a while you will want to sell your website, you will only get some cash for the content and the ad-revenue possibilities, instead of:
domain name value + website value + traffic & revenue value

Test this with a free appraisal tool like Estibot and see the results for the domain name value for these 2: WebAnalytics.com & WebAnalytics4m.com

BTW: 4m sounds more like FORM than forum.

People are willing to help around here and I'm sure somebody would have done a bit of trends and query research just to help you, only if you have given a bit more details than number+hot keyword.

Cheers and good luck with your website. Focus on a good development and don't look for "bargain" developers. Most of the times you get what you pay.
