Duplicate content is a common issue. There are many ways content can get duplicated:

    1. The content of a web page is available in different formats: web page, printable page, PDF, mobile phone page, etc.

    2. The content of a web page is syndicated, for example news articles or blog posts.

    3. The content management system (CMS) displays the same content in different locations. For example, an item might be listed in a "Size" category and in a "Color" category.

    4. The website owner offers mirrors to make sure that a website does not slow down when many people want to access the same page at the same time.

    5. Someone stole the contents of a web page to reproduce it on other websites.

But can I rephrase the sentences and paragraph does it work? Or I really need to redo all the description of the products?

Rephrasing should be ok I think. I do that sometimes when I publish article on my different sites; didn't have any problem.

Do you mean to say "re-writing"?

Yes, by re-writing content get easily duplicated and will become more unique than others also.

There are some online tools which converts the content in very high level English Language.

But you should take care about re-writing, those tools some times, changes the meaning of whole sentence also.

Not really re-writing, I would say rephrasing it. Just changing some words and re-doing some sentences. Re-writing is more on doing it from scratch?

Re-Writing is more like starting from scratch. Rephrasing is like changing some words here and there. Best practice would be adding few sentence here and there. Search engines have their own algorithm to detect duplicate content; I am not sure how serious they take it to check the duplication.

Search engine won't find any duplicate content if the whole content words are changed,
Many online tools do this, and people also like to use it.
