You can withdraw your funds from PP balance to your bank in local currency, but it takes up to 7 days depending on country and they also charge a small amount.
If you withdraw funds above than $200, paypal will not charge you anything for transferring funds to your bank account.
If it's available in your country, bank transfer is the best and most cost effective way to withdraw your funds.
Just add a bank account and there are no fees depending on countries and amount of money to be withdrawn. In mine, it only took three to four days before I received the money...good bank!

bank transfer through paypal is available.... it is easy and it takes five to six days per transaction i.e. transfer from paypal to your bank account.....
