Also we do not have FFMPEG installed on any of our servers, sorry..

We offer free support to you, your clients we request that you off the support to them.. If you ever run into a problem and can not help them you can come to us for help with them..

But we would be way to overwhelmed if we offered support to everyones clients, and their clients. I hope you understand.
