Hi all, I have a higher gravity then some in the market place when I search for the term 'hypnosis'. My question is - why do guys with a lover gravity than me get placed above me? Here is the search - https://www.clickbank.com/marketpla...pnosis&sortBy=popularity&billingType=ALL&i=10 Is is maybe cause the guy above me has a higher '%refd:' rate? Any thoughts would be great!
Your search is sorted by popularity not gravity, I don't know how clickbank calculates popularity, but evidently the guy-above-you's product is more popular than yours.
evidently So how do most affiliates find products? By gravity or by popularity? Also, does anyone know how popularity is calculated?
Burtie, I sent you a PM. Could you send me a list of your best selling products please? I would like to experiment with advertising them with adwords. Thanks
Cool - Done. Thanks for your help. Most of the products sell on around a 2-5ish% conversion, however the ones that I sent you convert much higher. I will be interested to see how your experiment works out
So what is an acceptable '$/sale'? Mine is $22.32 with a current gravity of 12.84 (which is excitingly growing each day!)
eg. they have 9 affiliates making 20 sales per week (total) you have 13 affiliates making 17 sales per week (total)
No, your goal is to get a better conversion and to educate your affiliates better. Eg: give them big lists of keywords, give them good banners, give them videos, give them free articles, tips on how to sale this kind of product etc...
Improve this page: http://www.richardmackenziedirect.com/affiliate/affiliate.html Setup a newsletter for affiliates and send them up-to-date SEO tips, new keywords that you find, new banners etc To get an idea about what's a great affiliates support page look at this one: http://www.seduction4idiots.com/affiliates.html And one quick tip: remove the "Affiliates" button from the main navigation and put it somewhere where it's less visible... Or you know what... Split test it and notice how does it influence your sales..
