    Bluehost doesn't allow proxies. Do a search through this forum for proxy hosting.

    I recommend Tech Entrance. Pretty much the best unless you have a lot of traffic.

    I could offer you. (But it will not be cheap as $1)
    4 years+ in personal proxy business and
    2 months ago public hosting on proxy optimized servers started
    got satisfied customers.
