He obviously doesn't agree with his government's method but you are a loud mouth supporter and UK is involved in the war, so what are you doing hiding under your bed instead of fighting?

It's amazing how much you can learn in 10 months' time. ;)

Yeah that was me. The funny thing is the chemtrail story is going to become a larger issue soon enough and people like myself will be saying 'I told you so'.

How long do you think we'll be fighting terrorists if they do it because we're free and prosperous? 100 years? Remind you of anyone?

I don't endorse violence unless it is self-defense. You on the other hand post a lot that treads a little too close to genocide for my liking. But then, you're the sort that talks big while others do the fighting and dying, right?

The people your "mates" like GTech endorse, are the ones running America into the ground. I oppose that.

My government has created millions of refugees in Iraq, and cost the lives of 10s of thousands, potentially 100s of thousands of Iraqi civilians. We seem to be doing a pretty good job of killing innocents without any help.

Of course, your government has stood with us through this stuff, endorsing ethnic cleansing and bombing of civilians. IIRC, you also supported us when we did Food for Oil, and killed 500,000 Iraqi children from starvation and dehydration.

That's your legacy. You endorse cruelty and violence. But are too gutless to commit the crimes yourself.

You never have to explain yourself to that fool.

There is nothing wrong with questioning reality and being skeptical. Indulging your natural curiosity.

Some people are incapable of it. For them, questioning reality or asking unconventional questions is uncomfortable, and in cases like the Nixon Gang, they will lash out. Partially from frustration with their own ignorance, partially from insecurity.

I have a question for you. I understand your position on a lot of issues and I think one thing that seems to catch my attention is the numbers and such you use to support your views.

I can understand you are opposed to the food for oil program and think it led to unnecessary deaths. I can see how you are upset at the innocent Iraqi civilians who have been killed or displaced by the war.

What I don't understand is why, even with these views, you chose to use the most extreme numbers, the worst estimates, to describe the situation. Is there a reason you go that extra bit.

It is curious to me because there are many points where I initially agree with you, but then you take it this extra level, putting bad intentions on the acts and using the worst estimates, usually provided by our enemies.

You did this earlier when you answered my questions about Israel. I can understand people who have concerns that Israel acts too harsh. What I don't get is that you actually think they don't care if there are 1 dead kid or 1000. You think they just don't care. Likewise, it is that same view of America that I don't get.

I hardly think my country is perfect. I am not a supporter of much of what we do. I know some even has bad motives. It just seems you ascribe those bad motives and goals to nearly everything the US or Israel does. You seem to go out of your way to paint the US and Israel in the worst possible light.

    That's all.

Still working through the alex jones archives?

I believe a lot of people note this in guerilla. A few months ago, I posted an offer of $50 via paypal if anyone could produce one thread that guerilla started that was positive in any way about America. It was no surprise that no one claimed the $50.

I loathe people that use dishonesty to portray their country in the worst possible light. It says to me "if someone would hate their country so much to deliberately be dishonest, that's someone I'd never want to do business with."

I disagree. I just finished reading it. Another fine example of terrorists=great, America/Israel = the devil by the usual suspects, complete with the usual cheerleaders that never fail to slap them on the ass with an "attaboy!" People can't be "pwned" with dishonesty. You, of all people, should know that by now.

It's pretty clear what both sides want. Extremists Muslims want to destroy Israel with the help of Iranian and other Muslim's countries support. Clearer it can't be when listening to the leaders of various Islamic nations. I'm sometimes surprised about the restrain Israel exercises.

Israel wants and brings civilization to the region.

Now another example. Someone goes after you in your own house and yard. Is that OK? - or would you defend your home?
When you have defended your home the aggressors move directly to the neighboring compound attached to your house and shoot you and your property with whatever means. Wouldn't you try to get them out there too? I would for the sake of security in my home and others in that area. I even would occupy the neighboring compound to make sure these culprits can't come back.

israel has brought chaos and destruction and pain into the region.

In 1948, a country was destroyed, because certain people are supposed to be chosen by God over others, and God promised them the place in their Holy Books.. That was the reason enough to displace millions of Palestinians by terrorism committed by nazis coming from Europe.

If someone comes and occupies your house at gun-point, and throws out your family, won't you fight back?

Unless a just solution to the problem is reached, there will never be peace.

    First step for peace:

Accept the homeland Israel's, which it is and was always throughout history at this place. Look up the records and you'll learn and see.

ACTUALLY ALL THE MESS IS A MADE UP ISSUE OF THE RADICAL MUSLIMS TO KEEP WAR AND TERROR ALIVE. WHICH SIDE DO YOU BELONG???

    So you propose everyone goes back to their historic homeland. Should you lead the advice with a permanent trip to Manchester? or Dusseldorf? or Glasgow? or Amsterdam? or {insert random EU city}

That is true. The first step to peace is that the Arabs accept that Israel is the homeland of the Jews.

IMHO your first step is the issue, Hamas constitution was the destruction of Israel. It would be difficult unless they modify their constitution which I do not think they did or is willing to do.

Anywhere bogart Congrats on your 6000th post and it is always a nice learning experience reading them.

There was a nice one he had here earlier in this thread. I mean seriously, do the Iraqis or terrorists even peddle this crap?

I wonder who is in on the conspiracy? Is it just the US and Israel? Did the UK get in on it? How many Iraqis do we have to kill before we get to come home?

You write that the US is part of a conspiracy to kill Iraqis and also that Israel does not care if it kills 1000 babies. And the best part is that you don't think you are over the top with this stuff and act dumbfounded why people think you hate America or Israel.

Your point of view is so sad, so jaded, so down on your own country and people, your government that I truly feel for you. That can't be a nice way to exist with everything and everyone so horrible around you. I am still trying to figure out what you possibly think the US benefits by setting out to kill tons of Iraqis. I am sure you will have some basis for it that is akin to why 9-11 was an inside job. Anyway, I always look forward to your posts. I never know what kinda crazy I might be treated to.

What worst numbers? The numbers for Food for Oil IIRC are from Unicef (a branch of the UN...) and I have posted source for them before. As far as the deaths of Iraqis under the current op, I actually allowed for the deaths only being in the tens of thousands, when I think most studies and experts would agree it is much more likely in the 100s of thousands.

And as far as the refugees, those numbers are widely accepted as accurate, again I have posted source for them before.

Does the enormity of the brutality and crime bother you? I'm making a case for genocide, and it's hard to make that case without massive numbers.

I'm not sure what you are uncomfortable with. That the numbers are so big, or that a possible conclusion derived from that is that this is genocide.

I mean, from standing by Saddam while he used chemical weapons his own people, through gulf war I, when we blew up infrastructure that hurt the civilian populace, through nearly 10 years of constant bombing barrages by Clinton, as well as Food for Oil, to the current invasion and occupation, creating millions of refugees, causing massive damage to the infrastructure that comprised the most impressive medical system in the ME. Cities covered in raw sewage, a lack of drinkable water etc.

The Iraqi people have been the subject of one of the longest persecutions in recent history.

For what? For NOT having nukes? For NOT having bio weapons? For NOT participating in 9/11? For NOT overthrowing our ally Saddam Hussein?

I don't think they care. Read up on Ariel Sharon and his nickname as the "Butcher of Beirut". This is not a guy who stops his tank from rolling over a single infant lying on the road. The brutality is on both sides, it is constant, it is evil and it has to stop.

But it's never going to stop as long as we pick and choose who the bad guys are. Israel does not have clean hands in this affair. Not all of their actions have been in defense. And it sickens me to see people like you make the "canary in a coal mine" analogy when Israel is the only nuclear power in the ME, might have the most capable standing army, certainly the most technologically advanced, and under the umbrella of US support, does things no other country could dream of doing, even in self defense.

The answer is going to be reconciliation, because occupation is a festering wound that never heals. As long as Hamas or whomever continues to be painted as "the bad guys", there will never be an admission of accountability by Israel, and there will never be any compromise.

    Which means more kids die.

So no, I don't think they give a crap how many kids die. But that's just my opinion, just as your opinion as an apologist is to make the case that they must care, even if you have no substantive proof of action to back it up.

"Israel cares, because... THEY ARE THE GOOD GUYS!"

You seem, like many, to go out of your way to justify evil.

Evil is evil, it doesn't matter who is doing it. I normally stay completely out of the Israel/Palestine threads, because I know what a highly charged issue it is. Same with religion threads. It's only recently I have participated.

But there is a point, where people are dying because no one will say anything, no one will take a stand.

Maybe one day, you'll realize it's not about who is wrong, it's about the fact that innocent people are dying. Lives are being snuffed out on both sides.

FYI, your earlier comments about my hating Jews really pissed me off. I've never had a problem with Jews. I don't have a problem with any particular race or creed.

I do have an issue with people who post neocon BS like

"If you don't support the war, you don't support the troops".

Or "If you blame Israel, you hate Jews".

Or "If you want to end the war, you want to lose and surrender."

So don't pull that crap on me.
