Roommates Website Software Script

I have a relative new accommodation website that I do not have the time to run due to downsizing and a commitment to another project, which was part of the agreement.

So I am selling the website ( roommateslounge dot com ) with the script which I paid $700USD. I was aiming at the oz market but it can be used for all countries. The roommate script is backed by the software company, so you get support for bugs etc.

I will consider reasonable offers, I will also assist in moving the website to your servers if needed.

My business plan for the website was to have a directory based in a sub-domain using the joomla cms, where all the roommate/flatmate websites online were reviewed by users, visitors, paid reviewers etc.

I have not marketed or attempted to do SEO etc. with this project, so if someone is interested in putting the hard yards, you may turn it into a profitable accommodation website, with reviews, adsense, sponsorship etc.

Isnt this running on joomla content management system? If so I thought joomla was free.

How does one build value in the roommate solution software script with the Pilotgroup.net scripts?

I will email the pilotgroup.net and confirm these restrictive trade practice, if you invest your hard earned money in establishing an online business you MUST KNOW you will be wasting your money and time with these type of arrangements. If you overlook the non-transferable license you will be reading this thread.

That statement needs clarification as the "you" suggest you and not the new owner I have posted in the support forum for clarification as i am interested in the site/script.
Incidentally going by the admin options that script is really a dating site script with very little modification to turn it into a property script!
