Not against adsense TOS but useless and to make money from adsense, you need traffic but with duplicate content, you are not gonna get much traffic.
Exactly, you'll be competing for traffic with the original sites. And since you are a newcomer, their's will be ranking better. Usually it's a case where you are competing against the site that you steal the content from, and they are competing against the site THEY stole the content and along it goes up the change. Try something original instead.

No specific niches - gadhets, law, cars - analize expensive adsense keywords and you will get many ideas for sites. You means that cashflow is stoped? it is not stopped, but decreased. And now i try to work with PPA partners programs...
Wow, that's incredible! Duplicate content eh? I wish I could figure out how to run a site like that. i've been hacking away at original content, and barely making pennies.
