    Your question is quite vague...

Keywords are to be embedded into your web page, meta tags, alt tags and hyperlinks.

    Hi,

    Here you go :

-You have to stuff your keyword in the content of your web page. The stuffing should be in such a way that the sentence should make sense, and it should not be stuffed in sentences where it is not necessary.
    - you can use your keyword atleast once in your page title tag
    - you can use it in your meta description as it will convince the users to click for the searches they have done.
    - You can use them in <H1>
    - when you have images you can use it as: <img src="image.jpg" alt="keyword" title="keyword" />
    - use your keywords in anchor text.

    All the best !!! :)

Keyword research is hard to the process of SEO. Without this component, your efforts to rank well in the major search engines may be misdirected to the wrong terms and phrases, resulting in rankings that no one will ever see.

It may be worth experimenting with a few of the tools too compare the differences, you may prefer one keyword tool over another, or get by using a combination.
