    That's right.
Swisshost.by company has stolen my domain and never gave it back.
    Am I asking for help?
No. As there is no way you can help me I guess...
Just for your consideration: we DO NOT have any legal issues concerning domain rights here in BELARUS.

    anyway, thanx for reading this...

Did you register the domain with hosting?

what do you mean with "Swisshost.by company has stolen my domain and never gave it back."?

if the company is in switzerland then it's no problem to get it back!

It's no help now but I always register domains with one company and my hosting at another, that way the hosting company can't hold you to ransom. You can also then change the DNS to point somewhere else and wait for it to change, if it's just parked it's nearly instant but if it's pointing somewhere it takes much longer to update.

I was assuming you registered the domain with them with a hosting package. If that's not the case then ignore my earlier post.

What's the domain? Do they have customer service line is Switzerland? Did they sell your domain to somebody else? Don't leave it like that. Trademark your domain if possible.
